Represented Plaintiff in breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claim.  Summary judgment on liability in favor of Plaintiff.  Jury trial returned a verdict of $75,000.00 compensatory damages and $25,000 punitive damages.  Jury verdict and summary judgment affirmed by the South Dakota Supreme Court in  Ward v. Lange, 553 N.W.2d 246 (S.D. 1996).
