Q: Should I get a second opinion if an attorney does not think I have a good case?

A: Of course.   Different lawyers have different ways of how they choose their cases.  The lawyer who turns you down might simply not be comfortable or willing to take on a case in a particular area of the law.  If your case is rejected by one lawyer, it is always a good idea to at least seek a second opinion from another lawyer.
