An accident involving a motor vehicle and farm implement claimed the life of one South Dakota woman last month.
Beverly Jean Okroi, of Roslyn, was driving north of Webster, South Dakota on Highway 25, when she collided with a farm implement being towed by a John Deere tractor.
According to police, Okroi had drifted into the opposite lane before crashing into the tractor. She was killed in the accident.
The fatal crash, which happened when Okroi drifted out of her lane on a hill, occurred on December 30, 2010.
Our condolences go out to all of those affected by this tragic accident. We also wish to remind everyone to drive safely on winter roads.
